From shopping centers to bookstores, department stores to markets and theatres to fields, demonstrations can take me anywhere. I can anticipate and be ready for anything when organising, setting up and running live cookery demonstrations for chefs. Everything down to buckets to transport water or hooks for hanging bin liners (the glamour!) has to be remembered to help make an event run smoothly.

Whether promoting a new cookbook, kitchen appliances or equipment, a new food product or simply entertaining people, I work from beginning to end in producing a professional and slick event.

Past work includes several BBC Good Food Show events in Birmingham, Scotland and London, a UK book tour with James Martin and the Chelsea Flower Show with Anthony Worrall Thompson.
